Advanced Retail Management Systems offers comprehensive training courses that help you get the most from your Point of Sale System. Training topics range from entry level to advanced: inventory entry, purchasing-receiving, point-of-sale to merchandising and advanced administration. Our certified trainers have extensive retail and management experience. Training topics and solutions are presented in a “real-world” fashion typically using a customer’s data.

For initial training, we offer two types of scheduling for projects based on your needs. Structured Projects are designed for customers that have a fixed date to “go live” (be fully operational using point-of-sale) or for customers that are doing an inventory conversion that requires a fixed implementation schedule. A Flexible Project is designed for customers that need the basic training to get started entering Inventory but want the flexibility of scheduling dates for additional training sessions based on their company’s progress.

We also offer on-going or refresher training courses to quickly bring new employees up to speed and to ensure that infrequent activities such as physical inventories go smoothly.
