Creating and Viewing an X-Out Report
One can set dynamic dates, and include the desired
range of stores, stations and clerks.
Today X-Out means a summary report
of receipts for any date and time range, at one or more stores or
stations. Z-Out ends the day or shift with a media count for cash
control.
The first step of an X-Out is
to filter the report. The system will suggest the last filter used.
Alternatively one can clear the filter, or pick the system's default
filter (eg, "this POS today"). One can set dynamic date ranges, such
as "season to date" or "this day last year" and include the desired
range of stores, stations and clerks. Then simply use the "Run" icon
to produce the X-Out. |
