Trainer - Microsoft Retail Management Systems / CounterPoint / Retail Pro
The primary duties of this position will be to provide training to end users for Microsoft Retail Management Systems,
CounterPoint or Retail Pro. In addition to training customers on the software application, duties include working with other team
members, application and process documentation as well as managing other projects. Other tasks include assisting with the department
workflow and processes, technical consultation with the sales staff and prospects. Training is primarily provided to customers via
telephone or online through a Web application - occasional travel is required to customer sites.
Desired skill (training will be provided for certification):
Certification in Microsoft Retail Management Systems, CounterPoint SQL Version 8.xx
or Retail Pro Version 8.xx.
Articulate and effective communication with technical staff and client users
Documentation of project activity and status.
