Advanced Retail Management Systems (ARMS) has successfully implemented and trained over 1,000 companies nationwide. ARMS follows a comprehensive methodology and creates a custom implementation plan for each customer to make sure their needs are met based on their unique project requirements. ARMS offers 2 types of scheduling for projects: Structured Projects are designed for customers that have a fixed date to “go live” (be fully operational using point-of-sale) or for customers that are doing an inventory conversion that requires a fixed implementation schedule. A Flexible Project is designed for customers that need the basic training to get started entering Inventory but want the flexibility of scheduling dates for additional training sessions based on their company’s progress. ARMS’ implementation and training staff monitors each step of the project so that the customer meets their timeline and goals.
