Advanced Retail Management Systems (ARMS) was founded 1986 for the purpose of providing retail stores with a complete Inventory Control/Point-of-Sale solution. ARMS is a privately held Colorado corporation with offices in Denver, Colorado and Chicago, Illinois. ARMS is a certified business partner for Retail Pro, Microsoft RMS and CounterPoint. ARMS presently supports over 1,000 retail companies across the United States. From the single store retailer to the larger chain or franchise, ARMS provides a complete backroom and front-end solution for computerized Inventory Control and Point-of-Sale. Services include project planning, implementation, training, and support. ARMS’ training department is staffed
and managed by certified technicians with extensive retail industry experience. ARMS offers training on-site, at its offices, over the phone or over the Internet. ARMS offers a
variety of support services including telephone support, online support and onsite support when requested. In addition, ARMS specializes in custom programming for Retail Pro, Microsoft RMS and CounterPoint. Custom development projects include product extensions, interfaces to manufacturing systems, E-commerce, EDI and other customer development projects. Bruce Klepper, President
After holding various positions in sales and management, in 1986 Bruce started Advanced Retail Management Systems, initiating a career working with retail businesses in the area of computer systems, sales, and consulting. With 19 years of experience, Bruce is dedicated to helping retail businesses successfully computerize their operations. He has a hands-on management approach and invites customers to call him with their questions or suggestions. Bruce has a Bachelors Degree in Music Composition and Theory. Actively involved in music, he also enjoys Colorado's varied outdoor activities.
